Once it was the Japanese
Not so long ago the Japanese were buying land and business in a wide range of countries, now it’s the Chinese. Spending that trade surplus and investing their success across the world. One has to wonder just how seriously they took our delegation - £45 million of pig sperm seems to have been one of our successes.
